What is the typical age range on a Savage Week?
The typical age range on a Savage Week is between 21–45 years old, with the median age being 27.
What is the minimum age to join a Savage Week?
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in a Savage Week. If you’re under 18 and would like to join, you must be accompanied by an adult (someone over 18).
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not included in any of our packages. However, as per our Terms & Conditions, it is a requirement that all Savage Week guests acquire valid comprehensive travel insurance that covers them for the full duration of their trip.
Getting travel insurance gives you peace of mind and protects you from unexpected surprises in case of an emergency.
Please inform us if you have any existing medical conditions — we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Savage Week, its team, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your trip.
What is the Savage Week wristband?
The wristband grants you access to all Savage Week events. They are exclusive to guests and not sold separately.
Wristbands are automatically included in every Savage Week booking.
What’s included, and what other costs should I expect?
Your booking includes:
7 nights of accommodation in a Savage Week villa
Access to all official Savage Week events
The only extra costs you should plan for are meals, drinks, and any optional activities outside the official itinerary.
We suggest budgeting as you would for any high-end vacation.
What do we do during the day?
Each Savage Week includes a curated blend of day and night experiences — from beach clubs to boat trips to cultural immersions.
That said, you’re free to explore the destination at your own pace. Nothing is mandatory.
Can I join a Savage Week last-minute or on the day?
Unfortunately, no. Each trip is curated in advance to match guests into villas based on shared interests and energy.
If you’d like to check last-minute availability, send us a message at bookings@savageweek.com and we’ll let you know if there’s space.
Do I have to follow the Savage Week itinerary?
Nope! You’re always welcome to explore the destination on your own.
That said, our itinerary is thoughtfully designed to give you the best mix of adventure, culture, and connection — we highly recommend joining in.
How do I make a group booking?
Booking with your friends? Easy! If you’re coming with 3 or more people, the best move is to reserve an entire villa and split the cost.
Can I share a room with my friend?
Absolutely. You can:
Book 1 room for both of you to share
Book separate rooms and still be placed in the same villa
If you’re booking together on one account, we’ll place you together automatically.
If booking separately, just email us both booking IDs at bookings@savageweek.com, and we’ll make sure you’re matched.
I’m booking with a friend but we’re paying separately — how do we share a room?
Once both bookings are complete, just email us your booking numbers at bookings@savageweek.com, and we’ll place you in the same room and villa.
Can we book as a group of 3?
Of course! You can either:
Book three separate rooms
Share one room between two people and book an additional room for the third
Or, request a 3-person bedroom (available in some villas, upon request)
Just send your booking IDs to bookings@savageweek.com, and we’ll make sure you’re all together.
Can I book as a solo traveler?
Absolutely. Savage Week is perfect for solo travelers.
Once you book, we’ll use your profile to place you in a villa with other like-minded solo guests, so you feel at home from day one.

Flights are not included — you’ll be responsible for booking your own. But don’t worry, we’ll help guide you on the best arrival times and airport options.
Do I need a visa to go?
That depends on your passport! Some nationalities — like Americans, Canadians, and Australians — will need to apply for an e-Visa to enter Brazil. Others, like EU passport holders (including Spain), can enter visa-free for up to 90 days.
Which airport should I fly into?
Salvador’s main international airport is Deputado Luís Eduardo Magalhães (SSA). We highly recommend flying in the day before your week is due to start and booking transitionary (e.g., hotel or Airbnb) accommodation for the night so that you do not miss any of the activities on the first day and are on time for check-in.
Can I pay in installments?
You sure can! As long as your application gets accepted you can secure your spot with a 20% deposit. You’ll then be able to split the remaining balance across monthly installments.
Where are the villas located?
ll of our villas are located in the Guarajuba area. It’s about a 45-minute drive from the airport to Guarajuba, depending on the time of day that you arrive.
Necessary documents
